The Build
Unfortunately for this customer, they previously had “cowboy” builders doing a lot of work to their property. In the end they walked off the job, leaving a lot of the house in disrepair. Worst of all was this dormer on the back of the house, that was later condemned by a structural engineer deeming it “structurally unsafe.” Thankfully we were able to take it all down and do the job properly, working exactly to the architect and structural engineer’s specification. Now that the job is complete, not only does it look stunning but it is also more importantly; safe and water tight for the lovely customer we completed this job for in the summer of 2025.
